EPA developed Tier2 Submit to help facilities prepare an electronic chemical inventory report. Many states accept Tier2 Submit, and the Tier II chemical inventory data can also be exported into the CAMEOfm emergency planning software. The purpose of Tier II form is to inform the public about the hazardous chemicals present in your facility during the previous calendar year, and their location. Submission of Tier II form is required under Section 312 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986 (EPCRA).
This program estimates the annual amount of rainwater and frequency of runoff.
